I really enjoyed my stay in the standard king room for a day at this place.

The location was good and perfect: a shopping village and local markets were within walking distance.

Good-sized and luxury room, excellent stay!
Reasonable base for 1 night. Breakfast with tea instead of coffee as ordered. Pleasant and nice staff; easy check in. Marvellous location walking distance to pubs and restaurants. Lots of pubs and restaurants nearby...

Location
Everything except the location. The room smelt and room make-up had to be requested

A boat dock was in front of the entrance. A terrace was the best part.

The location was really convenient, and the staff were friendly. Our twin room was a good size with a shower and a clean bed, just like we expected. 😊.

Price
Cockroach infested, no cutlery for making coffee and no glasses, towels were threadbare, noise and smoking people in the next room with smoke drifting into mine, hard wired smoke detector not connected, generally dirty room with holes in bedsheets, hole in wall over air conditioner allowing vermin to enter, bathroom not cleaned properly after the first days stay, toilet door damaged and not lockable. Main bed like sleeping on the floor it was so hard. Promised my wife we would not stay at the Windsor Motel again, and will find a better motel elsewhere. We needed to stay at a cheap motel due to high medical bills but never again at this one. Generally a very crappy motel. For travelers thinking of staying there, Do yourself a favour and look elsewhere. Paul Cheshire Dubbo NSW

Close to where I wanted to go
It was old & dated looks like it used to be the managers rooms & the berooms were separated by a hall & the external door down stairs didnt lock. The blinds & external screens were damaged.

I had a great stay here for the price, as everything was good and the location was central to various food options. Great value for the price, good overall experience, and convenient location for dining.

It was close to the event I was attending...
The bed was hard as bricks gave me a sore back and I didn't get any sleep...

It's close proximity to Windor's eateries
It was just maintained - and held together. It is the budget end, and very old.
